My nails turned green after a week of fake nails. How do I get rid of it?

Sounds like you have a pseudomonas aeruginosa bacterial infection, known in the nail world as “greenies” or “mold” (which it is not).
This is caused when the pseudomonas bacteria gets trapped under the artificial nail - either from unsanitary nail salons or when nails start to lift and get the bacteria under the lifted areas. The bacteria is rather common in soil especially.
To get rid of it: properly remove your artificial nails (do not tear them off unless you want your nails damaged!) Most types of nails can be removed by soaking in 100% pure acetone. Hard gel nails have to be filed off. Throw away any nail files and unsanitizable objects you use to remove the nails and fully disinfect any objects that are disinfectable.
Once removed the bacteria is exposed to oxygen which kills the bacteria. Unfortunately the green stain that is left behind is ugly but is not indicative of an active infection. While you could file this stain off the nail that will thin the nail and cause weakness. Generally I just advice people to wear nail polish (not gel polish which is another type of artificial nail, contrary to popular belief) until the stain is grown off. Remove the polish once a week to check and make sure the stain isn't darkening or spreading.
