During a heating process, the temperature of an object rises by 10°c this temperature rise is equivalent to a temperature rise of

Answered by admin @

To convert Celsius to Fahrenheit, we use (1.8*C + 32).

Therefore to change in Celsius scale, say from C1 to C2 will have the amount of Fahrenheit scale

(1.8*C2 + 32) - (1.8*C1 + 32) = 1.8*(C2 - C1) F

(C2 - C1) = 10 C,

Therefore to calculate 10 degrees Celsius rise in temperature is equivalent to:

  • 1.8 x 10 F = 18 F
  • 10 K
  • 1.8 x 10 R = 18 R
